Try these quick checks.
- Ensure power is turned on by checking the power indicator light is green. Preferably if you can connect the power source on a UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) you will prolong the life of your modem and power supply.
- If you are using the battery, remove the battery from the modem and then put it back in. If the battery light is of, it is fully charged. If the battery light is yellow it is charging or if it's red, it's less than 20% charged.
- Ensure that all the cables are firmly in place from the computer to the modem or Wireless radio.
- To ensure that you are receiving maximum signal strength to your modem, change the position of the modem until the light signal light is amber or green.
